Welcome to Bush Pilot Hunter’s Retreat Lodge. By booking a trip or using our services, you agree to comply with the following Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully.

1. Booking & Reservations

• All bookings require a 50% deposit to secure your reservation
• Final payment must be made within 10 days of booking or as otherwise agreed.
• Reservations are confirmed only once payment has been received.

2. Cancellation & Refund Policy

• All bookings are non-refundable once payment is made.

Special Conditions:

• No refunds for flight delays, bad weather, travel issues, poor fish runs, or emergency closure orders.
• Trips may be rolled over to the following year if cancelled within 59 days of arrival.
• We highly recommend purchasing comprehensive trip cancellation insurance for lodging, hunting, or fishing trips.

3. Payments & Fees

• All payments are processed securely via our payment processor.
• Credit card or bank payments may be subject to processing fees.
• Customers are responsible for any applicable taxes, fees, or charges associated with their booking.

4. Lodging & Package Use

• Guests must follow lodge rules and instructions provided by staff.
• Maximum occupancy is as listed in the booking.
• Guests are responsible for their own personal belongings. Bush Pilot Hunter’s Retreat Lodge is not liable for lost, stolen, or damaged items.
• Use of boats, kayaks, or other lodge equipment is at your own risk. Life jackets and safety instructions must be used at all times.

5. Hunting & Fishing Trips

• Hunters and fishers are responsible for obtaining valid licenses, permits, and tags before their trip.
• Guests must follow all Alaska Department of Fish and Game regulations.
• Hunting and fishing are self-guided unless otherwise specified. Lodge staff are not responsible for the success of your hunt or catch.
• Guests must be in good physical condition and prepared for remote wilderness travel.

6. Safety & Conduct

• Guests must adhere to all safety guidelines provided by the lodge.
• Alcohol use is permitted only where allowed, and guests must consume responsibly.
• Bush Pilot Hunter’s Retreat Lodge reserves the right to remove any guest who engages in unsafe or inappropriate behavior.

7. Limitation of Liability

• By using our services, you agree that Bush Pilot Hunter’s Retreat Lodge, its owners, staff, and affiliates are not liable for accidents, injuries, illnesses, or losses incurred during your stay or activities.
• We are not responsible for weather delays, wildlife encounters, travel disruptions, or other factors outside our control.

8. Intellectual Property

• All content on our Website, including images, text, logos, and branding, is the property of Bush Pilot Hunter’s Retreat Lodge and may not be used without our written consent.

9. Privacy

• Your use of our services is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, and protect your information.

• Continued use of our services after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
